Simple assembly is required before use. Follow the supplied instructions to put the parts together. For indoor decorative lighting, not for reading or lighting a room. Place securely and keep dry, away from heat and open flames. Keep button-cell batteries away from children and pets.

Shipping & delivery
Free standard shipping with no minimum order to the United States, United Kingdom, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Australia, Japan and Canada.
Processing: 1–2 business days. Estimated transit after dispatch: 6–10 business days to the United States; 7–10 business days to the other listed countries. Processing time is additional. Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed.

30-day returns
Request a return within 30 days of delivery. Under our voluntary return policy, items must be unused, unassembled where applicable, complete and in their original packaging. Assembled, glued, painted or modified DIY kits do not qualify for voluntary change-of-mind returns.
For change-of-mind returns, you arrange and pay for return shipping to our El Monte, California warehouse. We cover reasonable return shipping costs or provide a prepaid label, as appropriate, for qualifying defective, damaged, incomplete or incorrect items. No restocking fee applies to eligible returns.
Contact us for return instructions before sending goods. These conditions do not limit mandatory consumer rights, including applicable EU withdrawal rights. Read the full return policy.
Free replacement parts & support
If you discover a missing or damaged part while assembling your product, we will send you a replacement free of charge, with no shipping fee. This service is available for all NookSpirit products, including DIY kits, lamps and decor.
Email info@nookspirit.com with your order number, product name and the part number if available. A photo of the damaged part or the relevant instruction page will help us identify the replacement you need. You can also contact us for assembly help.
Support hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Mountain Time (MT), excluding public holidays. We respond within 1–2 business days.
Cancellations & refunds
You may request cancellation of unshipped items at any time before dispatch. There is no 24-hour cancellation limit. Submit a request through your customer account or email info@nookspirit.com with your order number. Cancellation is subject to review and confirmation.
For eligible voluntary returns, we complete inspection and issue the refund to your original payment method within 10 business days after receiving the returned goods. This includes inspection time. Your payment provider may take additional time to post it. Statutory refunds may follow different deadlines. Read the return and refund policy.
